Type Journal
Browsing through the Typotheque site I found a nice typeface that could inspire my type design at some point.
Production Method:Digital typeface but could be placed in the block categories.
Anatomy: Bold strokes, very mechanical and contrasts between curves and angles within the terminals and joints. Combination of lowercase and uppercase. Regular length Ascenders and Descenders.
Identity: Franciscopolis, Jean-Michel Géridan, 2013. Modern movement.
Character: Robust, mechanical and constructive style, some elements are geometric and looks to be made of basic shapes in some glyphs like the 'd' and 'q'.
