Combination of bone origin script style type for the word Engineer, hot metal type origin in the word Thomas Long with its sans serif categorization and gothic style. Sans serif categorized "Edinburgh: looks to be from a wood block type origin, it could be from a stone origin but the serif points are very angular and this would be more achievable with word block, although they are quite thin and delicate so its debatable between wood block or stone.
I like the traditional use of a glyphic style serif font in uppercase used to represent traditionally of whiskey. The clean layout of the label compliments the ornate nature of the typography.
